3 lb ground beef
1 lg green pepper
1 lg onion
2 packages taco seasoning
2 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
Bacon strips
Toothpicks

Combine 1st 5 items. Form patties & wrap bacon around patties. Hold with toothpicks. Bake at 350deg. About 1 hour until done. ENJOY!!!!!!
