A new dolphin and a new tale has Clearwater buzzing.
"You always want to see a star. It makes it exciting," said James Batchett.
Across the way from the Clearwater Marine Aquarium at Island Way Cafe, owner Mark Anthony has been riding the wave of the Dolphin Tale movie success.
"Customers come in and ask all the time if I see the stars," said Anthony.
When he is not busy cooking he will fill customers in.
"They always ask me how they are. I say they are normal people just down to Earth," he said.
Their city has not been the same since Winter took to the big screen.
They hope for an even bigger impact with Hope the dolphin.
"I have seen people come in to Gulf to Bay Chick-Fil-A a bringing their kids to Clearwater just to come to the aquarium," said Madeline Seus.
For now they are just excited to see who they can spot coming and going at the aquarium.
Some want to meet Harry Connick Jr. while others hope for a glimpse of Morgan Freeman, but most are contact with a wave of a flipper from Winter and Hope.
"I'd love to bump into them. I'm going to spend the day on the island so maybe I'll bump into them," said Seus.
The Clearwater Marine Aquarium will host the premier for Dolphin Tale Two on Wednesday September 10 at Ruth Eckerd Hall.
