A locked glass door was no match for a suspect's karate kicks.
Surveillance video from East Coast Pizza in Riverview showed a balding burglar wasn't looking for pizza dough, he wanted the other kind.
"I guess they’re too lazy to get a real job. It's real frustrating," said owner Aaron Fredricks.
He didn't any cash -- it was all already stashed away.
But rather than go home empty-handed, he was determined to make a score. So he took his white GMC pickup across the street to the Mi Casa Mexican restaurant and tried again.
"He broke the door and went through the bar area, came right here," said general manager Carlos Ruiz.
This time, he grabbed two tills and split.
"Everybody here works hard, it is upsetting," Ruiz said.
The good news is neither restaurant skimped on surveillance cameras, so there's a bevy of video of the guy, and deputies think that'll be a recipe for an arrest.
"Could probably target again if we don’t target that suspect behind bars," said Cristal Bermudez Nunez, with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
"I think he should be thrown in jail. I'm sure he has a record, he looks like a career criminal," Fredricks said.
One that apparently has an appetite for burglary, and isn't shy about being caught on camera.
"It is worth the couple thousand dollars just to help put someone like him away," Fredricks said.
If you recognize that guy, contact the Sheriff's Office at: 813-247-8200.
