Step right up and enjoy the show…the way it used to go!
Antique costumes, rare photographs, old rides and more- it’s all displayed in the 52,000 square foot showroom that is the International Independent Showmen’s Museum.
The museum, located right in Riverview, captures the essence of a day when carnivals, circuses and other attractions were the main source of entertainment as they traveled across the country.
The museum is not currently open to the public, but they offer tours to those who make an appointment in advance.
The museum's website offers more information on their tours and exhibits, which they say are made possible by the generosity of individuals, sponsors and corporations. Those interested in making a donation can do so by clicking here.
