ST. PETERSBURG (FOX 13) - If one walk off win can change the momentum of a season, how about 3 straight walk off wins?

For the first time in Rays franchise history, Tampa Bay wins 3 straight games in walk off fashion.

Only Saturday night the Rays had to wait 5 hours and 16 minutes to get it done.

Rays ace David Price gave up 5 runs in the first inning.  But Price battled back and the Rays kept fighting.

The Rays bench made a big difference again game 2 against the Red Sox.

Brandon Guyer hit the double to the wall to tie the game at 5-all.  Logan Forsythe also came up with 3 key hits and 2 RBI.

Bottom of the 15th inning, rookie Cole Figueroa was on 2nd to pinch run when Desmond Jennings sent the shot back to the mound and Red Sox pitcher Andrew Miller threw past 2nd base.

Figueroa scored the walk off run on the error.

The Rays beat the Red Sox 6-5 in 15 innings.

This marks another huge win for Tampa Bay and certainly feels like the start of the Rays climb back to the top of the AL East.
