A suspect in connection with an arson case at the Animal Coalition of Tampa faces new charges after investigators say DNA tied him to the scene.
Terrod Arrington, 33, was arrested earlier this week and charged with burglary.
Police say he is now charged with aggravated animal cruelty, burglary and arson.
Fire erupted at the facility in the early morning hours of Saturday, April 19th.
Three cats died in the fire, and investigators deemed it arson.
They say Arrington had been in the facility the week before the fire causing disturbances.
