Francisco Rios may be facing more trouble.
A 15-year old parishioner is the fourth to come forward to say the Brandon pastor molested her.
Rios was already accused of sexually molesting a 12-year-old, a 15-year-old, and a 43-year-old woman.
At his bond hearing Monday, 25 family members and supporters packed the courtroom.
And his wife stood stoically before the judge in defense of her husband.
As Hillsborough Sheriff’s lead investigator Chris Seaton gave a graphic account of the sex crimes he says happened in the pastor's office at Casa de Amor Church, "he convinced her these actions would help relieve her of stress and were done for his love of her, " he said
But Rios’s Defense Attorney Kevin Napper quickly attacked the credibility of one of them.
"Are you not aware that she's bipolar?" Napper asked.
Seaton responds: no, he was not aware of that.
Napper then asked if Seaton was aware that she's made other allegations in the past against other people.
Seaton responded no.
But state prosecutors say, aside from the victim statements, there are also text messages from Rios telling the 12-year-old to keep quiet.
"There were inappropriate conversations a pastor is having with a 12 year old," Seaton said.
But that wasn't enough to deny bond.
The judge released Rios on $150,000 bond.
Which means he could be giving his sermon, again, by this weekend.?
