Posted: Updated:

Bradenton Police looking for a suspect involved in a home invasion early Saturday morning.

Just after 3:30 a.m., officers were called to a home in the 400 block of 22nd Avenue West to investigate a 911 call concerning a home invasion robbery.

When officers arrived, they found three suspects, two of which were armed with handguns, in the front yard.

All three were taken into custody without incident. Two of the suspects were adults and the third was a juvenile.

Investigators say the suspects forced their way into the home and demanded money from the victims.

One of the victims called 911 while the suspects were still inside the home.

According to police, when the victims told the suspects they didn't have any money, the suspects left.

Investigators later determined that there was a fourth suspect that ran away before police arrived.

None of the victims were injured.

Police arrested 19-year-old Johnny Edwards and 19-year-old Julius Lang Jr., as well as a juvenile.

Anyone with information should call the Bradenton Police Department at 941-932-9300, or call Crime Stoppers (toll free) at 1-866-634-8477 (TIPS).
