Some people in Tampa's Channelside area think it looks like a flaming chicken, but a large sculpture on display near the Florida Aquarium was appraised at $800,000.
It was created by artist George Sugarman.
The piece used to be on display in front of the Sykes Building in downtown Tampa, but it was donated to the city by America's Capital Partners and then moved.
Several local companies donated time and materials to repaint and relocate the piece of art at no cost. However, Tampa paid about $80,000 to prepare a new landing pad for the untitled artwork.
