TAMPA (FOX 13) -

Florida Highway Patrol is still looking for one of the drivers involved in a deadly hit and run accident in Tampa.

Amari Williams, 30, of Thonotosassa, was driving his Camaro on East Fowler Ave early Saturday morning when he was involved in a crash. The impact of the crash caused his car to flip over. Williams was thrown onto the highway and was run over by two other drivers who kept going. Williams died at the scene.

FHP says the driver of the first vehicle to hit Williams, Michael P. Mercer, 41, of Wesley Chapel abandoned his pickup truck off Fletcher Avenue. He has since been located by investigators. Another driver that hit Williams, William S. Ridley, 47, of Tampa called FHP.

Officers are still searching for one more driver who drove off from the scene of the crash.

Anyone with any information should contact Florida Highway Patrol.
