TAMPA (FOX 13) -

The Florida Highway Patrol is looking for three drivers involved in a deadly hit-and-run Saturday morning.

FHP said a 1985 Camaro was traveling on westbound East Fowler Avenue, just east of Interstate 75, when it crashed with another vehicle.

They said the Camaro overturned and the driver was ejected onto the road.

The vehicle hit by the Camaro left the scene.

Two witnesses to the crash stopped to help the driver of the Camaro, when two other cars collided with the injured driver and car.

Both of those drivers also fled the scene of the crash.

The driver of the Camaro, 30-year-old Amari Williams of Thonotosassa, died.

Hours after the crash, FHP said a 1997 GMC pickup truck was found abandoned off of Fletcher Avenue. It was identified as the vehicle first stuck by the Camaro.

Troopers are still searching for the two vehicles which struck the Camaro driver.

One of the vehicles was described by witnesses as a white SUV.

Anyone with information is asked to call FHP at 813-631-4020 or contact Crime Stoppers.
