The controversial, Koran-burning pastor Terry Jones has accepted a plea deal.
Jones appeared in court Tuesday in Polk County and was up to his old antics again. While in court, he ripped a Koran in front of TV cameras.
Jones and an associate pastor were arrested Sept. 11 on several charges, including unlawful conveyance of fuel, a felony.
He was set to burn about 3,000 copies of the sacred Islam text that were soaked in kerosene.
However, the plea deal has now dropped that felony charge, and Jones will serve probation.
He is set to return to court later this month.
