Philadelphia police say they arrested four people in a bizarre case during which a man was allegedly held down and tattooed.

The victim displayed several recent tattoos of racial and sexual images. The man also had several bruises all over his body.

Police said they found the suspects asleep at the same address in the basement. All four occupants in the home were arrested and received multiple charges.

A search warrant was executed on the property and recovered from inside the residence were: 155 grams of marijuana; the complainant's debit card, which was allegedly taken from him; several prescription drug bottles containing alleged Xanax and Oxycodone; various tattoo ink bottles; a tattoo station; and various tattoo paraphernalia, including tattoo needles and a tattoo gun.

Police said the Tuesday they were still investigating and, depending on what they find, the charges could include a hate crime.

Police identified the suspects as Corry Campbell, 20, Sandra Ng, 19, and Jennifer Pratt, 29, all of the 3100 block of Brighton Street, along with David Thomas, 27, of the 93800 block of Jamison Street.
