A settlement has been reached between the Hillsborough County School District and the family of a special needs student.
Isabella Herrera died in 2012 after going into respiratory failure on a school bus.
Video from the bus showed the driver and aide did not call 911, as Isabella struggled to breathe.
Instead, they called their supervisor, then Isabella's mother.
She died the next day at the hospital.
The district will pay $800,000 to Isabella's family.
The school board will vote on the settlement at its meeting next week.
