    French Toast L’Orange L’Orange Batter • 5 eggs • ¼ cup sugar, granulated • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract • ¾ table Grand Marnier liqueur • ½ tsp. salt, kosher • ½ quart heavy cream • 1 ciabatta loaf, 1 ½” straight slice, ends discarded Instructions • Mix together all ingredients (except bread) in mixing bowl. • Place in airtight container • Label, date and refrigerate • When ready to serve, saturate ciabatta for 1 hour French Toast L’Orange • Select well saturated slices of bread and place on ...

(WJBK) - Royal Oak Restaurant Week runs March 28- April 6, 2014. More than 20 restaurants will be offering specially priced 3-course lunch and dinner menus.

Ingredients:
Two 6 oz chicken breasts marinated in Italian dressing

1 cup of panko breadcrumbs
5 oz of slivered almonds

Method:
Mix the panko breadcrumbs and slivered almonds together.
Cover the chicken with the almond and panko breading.
Sautee in olive oil on medium heat until brown, approximately 2 minutes on each side
Finish in the oven at 350, for about 5 minutes

Sauce:
Combine
6 oz of mayo
4 oz of heavy whipping cream
4 oz of sour cream
1 oz of horseradish
1 oz of Dijon mustard
Pepper and salt to taste
