Pasco County deputies say a middle school teacher's aide was not wearing pants when they arrested her for driving under the influence.
Deputies say they stopped Kristi Steuber for speeding and smelled alcohol on her breath.
When they asked her to get out of the car, they noticed she was naked from the waist down. She was then told to put her pants back on so she could go to jail.
Deputies say she then allegedly failed a breathalyzer test and was charged with DUI.
Steuber is a teacher's aide at Paul R. Smith middle school in Wesley Chapel. School officials say they plan to meet with her about the incident.
