Job Description: Responsibilities as Construction Manager will include but not be limited to oversight and management of all construction activities conducted by both employees and subcontractors regarding Quality, Schedule, Safety, Coordination, and Cost as dependent on the project. CM will be expected to coordinate and schedule daily tasks with in house labor and subs to insure project criteria are met. CM will need to be able to oversee 4-8 jobs at a time. All work is residential with expectation for future light commercial work. Will work throughout three counties.
Work Environment: Jobsite. Business casual dress code.
Hiring Process: Multiple interviews: phone and in person.
Days & Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm. 45 hrs/wk.
