NEWARK, N.J. (AP) - New Jersey Transit is advising its passengers to allow plenty of time to get to work and to return home because of the storm.

Trains are operating up to 15 minutes behind schedule and there are no delays reported on the buses or light rail lines.

But NJ Transit spokesman John Durso Jr. says that will all change. Durso says there will be train cancellations and buses will be detoured as the day goes on.

Buses and trains are cross-honoring tickets through all day Friday.
