Police Search For Mayfair Bank Robbery Suspect

Philadelphia Police and the FBI are searching for a man who robbed a bank in the city's Mayfair section.

The incident happened on February 10 after just after 11a.m.

Police say the man entered the TD Bank on the 6600 block of Frankford Avenue and approached the teller with simulated bomb.

After the man took an undisclosed amount of money, he fled the scene and was last seen on south on Frankford Avenue.

Police describe the suspect captured on surveillance as a black male, late 30-40 years of age, 6'2", heavy building wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, black vest and tan pants, dark knit cap and red logo.
