6 oz. of mixed field greens
3 oz. blackberry vinaigrette
6 mandarin orange wedges
2 tbsp. dried cherries
1/4 cup shaved red onion
6 oz. grilled chicken breast (fully cooked)
1/2 cup of brie cheese pieces or slices
Toss mixed field greens and dressing in a bowl and mx. Place mandarin oranges, dried cherries and shaved red onion around the salad. Slice the chicken into 1/4" thick strips across the breast, keep its original shape intact, and place it on top of the salad. Top with brie cheese pieces.
