Move over men! At this estrogen fest, it's all about the ladies!
"You just let your hair down, take your shoes off, just let it all hang out," said Tracey Butler.
At girls night out the drinks flow freely.
"We have a few that do get a little crazy, but you do always have to have that designated driver and that'd be me," said Carolyn Seals.
There's always lots of dancing because these girls love to get their groove on.
"The ones with kids, that don't have the kids tonight, yes, they'll be on the dance floor," said Silver Starkey.
"Oh definitely dance. We can be silly, basically we can be silly without being criticized by the guys or anybody else. Just having that girl time together," said Michelle Rivera.
And no "GNO" would be complete without girl talk.
"We talk about everything!" exclaimed Michelle.
"You get to talk about stuff that would normally never come out of your mouth," Starkey said.
Ladies night is a huge money maker for business like Blue Martini, which now hosts a ladies night country style on Wednesday nights.
Several other venues are also following suit and the girls love it.
"Well always, where the girls are, the guys are gonna follow," said Veronica Alfaro, WQIK Host.
However, watch out guys! Girls night might not be the best time to hit on a girl.
"Men are jerks!" said Tracey Butler. "Men don't want to be in a committed relationship now, so girls need to go somewhere where they can relax, let it loose and just let everything come out and just say what they feel."
So we know why the ladies love girls night out, but what do the guys think about it?
"You get a chance to kinda go out with your friends and just be yourself have fun, without the spouse kinda, like tying you down sometimes," said one husband.
Michelle agreed, "I think girls need that just like guys need that."
So capture those cell phone selfies and raise the roof.
Girls night out is back and better than ever.
"Girls rule the world, yea!" said Tracey.
Here are some suggested rules for girls night out -
No Judgment - Girls night out is a chance to let your hair down and enjoy yourself freely. No one wants a judgmental friend in the group.
Limit your complaining - Sure, girls night out is definitely a great time to vent about work and home life, but limit the negative talk and try to encourage each other.
Don't be the lame person who has to leave early - Everyone has to take special time out for girls night out.
Whether it means making sure you have a babysitter or a designated driver, arrive with the ability to stay with the whole crew.
After all, this is your chance to take a break from it all. Make sure you take advantage of it!
