Few people want to find Garrett Bruce more than his bail bondsman.
"We have went everywhere looking for him. Everywhere. We have went all over the state of Florida. We went down south where some of her family lives. We've been over in Zephyrhills where some family lives. We've literally been everywhere," said Sabrina Harrington, who manages Bonds by Ralph.
When Garrett Bruce cut his ankle monitor and skipped bail with his wife Jennifer and their two young sons, the bail bonds company was the first to know because they're the ones who put the monitor on him.
"Getting that alert was like, kinda threw us off balance. We had to step back for a second and say really? There's no way," continued Harrington.
That was three weeks ago. A few days after Bruce split, detectives say, Jennifer pulled the boys -- Brett, 5, and Dillon, 7 -- out of their elementary school and disappeared.
Investigators say Jennifer did contact her father over the weekend, but didn't say where she was or who was with her. Detectives now believe she went willingly with Bruce, but are worried about the boys.
"We have two little boys who are out there who we believe and hopefully are under the good care of their mother, but we will never know that answer until we find out exactly where they are," offered Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco.
"We're really shocked because he just really didn't seem like this kind of person. He always checked in. Seemed really nice. Did all the things he was supposed to do," Harrington added.
Garrett Bruce faces DUI manslaughter and vehicular homicide charges. He became a wanted man after missing a bond hearing Monday. And unless he's caught, the bondsman will have to cough up the $100,000 bond.
"The biggest concern is, yes, the kids. But when it comes down to our business, the biggest concern is to get him in jail. $100,000 is a lot of money," Harrington said.
