The bodies of two boaters who went missing at Lake Tarpon have been found, the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday.
Willie Ragins and Willie Hightower went missing Saturday afternoon.
Their bodies were found near the center of the lake around 3:40 p.m.
Ragins, 43, and Hightower, 64, went missing Saturday afternoon after launching their 14-foot boat from the Anderson Park boat ramp.
They were last heard from Saturday night, and crews began searching for them Sunday.
Various forms of sonar equipment, helicopters, and boats were used in the search, the sheriff's office said.
It's not clear what happened to the two men, but investigators said their deaths appear to be accidental. They have not yet recovered the boat.
Autopsies are planned for both men.
