A Lakeland police sergeant and two dispatchers are being punished for how they handled a 911 call.
The woman was calling because she says an officer sexually assaulted her more than once.
Officer Julio Pagan was arrested and charged with the crimes.
The sergeant who was also heard on the call, Doug Brown, got a one-day suspension.
But if he finishes a discipline program he can avoid it.
A dispatcher has been suspended for 72 hours.
Another was ordered to get counseling.
