Buccaneers running back Bobby Rainey has picked up the NFC Offensive Player of the Week for Week 11 after his career game against the Falcons.
Rainey ran for 163 yards on 30 carries, scored two touchdowns rushing and one receiving. He is the first player in team history to record two rushing touchdowns and one receiving touchdown in the same game. His 163 rushing yards are the third-most by an NFL player in a game this season.
Rainey is the first player since Edgerrin James back in 1999 to record at least 150 rushing yards, two rushing touchdowns and a receiving touchdown in a single game in a player's first 10 career games.
Rainey is the first Buc to win the award since Doug Martin in Week 9 of 2012, and only the fifth running back in team history to win the award.
