Ditch those t-shirts. Sweater weather is on the way.
With a high of 70 degrees on Wednesday, a brief cool blast is in store for the Tampa Bay area, though it will be very short lived.
The cooler weather will only stick around for about 36 hours, but it will be a welcome change for those tired of the warmer temperatures.
"It will be interesting over the next few hours to see how the weather changes," FOX 13 Meteorologist Dave Osterberg said.
The low tomorrow is 55 degrees, but already we should see warming by Thursday. Highs for this weekend are expected to be back in the lower 80's, with rain chances increasing as well.
