Hundreds of walkers in the Bay area raised $2.2 million this weekend for breast cancer research and support.
The weary walkers made it to Spa Beach Park in St. Pete to celebrate Sunday afternoon.
They walked 60 miles over the past 3 days, sleeping in tents every night., as part of the Susan G. Komen 3-day walk.
Even with blisters and sore feet, they say it's worth it, to remember their friends and family members who have battled breast cancer.
This is the last year the event will be held in the Tampa area.
