Falcons' Roddy White teaches kids football fundamentals

ROSWELL, Ga. -

It was a chance for some metro Atlanta children to learn from an area pro.

Atlanta Falcons' wide receiver Roddy White joined camp director Jim Stoll and 15 other of the area's top football coaches to host 150 children ages 7 to 14 on Sunday.

The USO of Georgia foundation provides camp scholarships to deserving area-youth whose parents are involved with the organization.

White tells FOX 5 News that he wants to spend time with the children to help them get and stay healthy not only physically, but mentally as well.

Campers got to experience various stations that specialize in the fundamental skills of football.
