THONOTOSASSA (FOX 13) -

Detectives seized $14,000 worth of marijuana plants from a home in eastern Hillsborough County Wednesday, the sheriff's office said.

Deputies arrested 49-year-old Christopher Dean Raulerson. He is charged with cultivation and possession of marijuana.

Detectives said he had two rooms in the Thonotosassa home set up to grow the pot plants. They seized 102 plants and about 14 pounds of dried marijuana. They also took equipment they say Raulerson used to grow the plants.

The sheriff's office says a Crimestoppers tip led them to the house.
