NJ's UFO Cult

Trenton, New Jersey (My9NJ) -

A religious group, called the Raelians, believes that all humanity was created by aliens called the Elohim.

The religion started with the writings of its prophet, Rael, who is a French ex-racecar driver. He said that he was enlightened by aliens in the early 1970s.

This religious movement calls for the building of an Elohim embassy for the return of the extra-terrestrials in 2038. However, there are two conditions in order for to their return to happen. One, is that humanity really wants them to return and the other is that humans actually embrace one another in attitudes of peace.

The Raelian believe that the aliens that created humanity live beyond the realm of Earth, and they await their return.

Recently, Chasing New Jersey uncovered a privacy violation by the NJDEP and Parks Police at Liberty State Park. There, police were putting social security numbers on parking tickets and citations that were being left on vehicles for anyone to see. Well now the ACLU has sent a letter to the NJDEP telling them to stop with this practice because it's against people's constitutional rights. ACLU Legal Director Edward Barocas further discussed the organizations involvement.
