The U.S. Coast Guard says the four people rescued after their boat capsized were not injured. Coast Guard officials say that's because the boaters were wearing life jackets. Authorities responded to a distress call Sunday morning that a 23-foot vessel had capsized eight miles west of Clearwater. The Coast Guard took the boaters back to the station for evaluation. The boaters told authorities that their boat had a crack in the hull and started taking on water.
