TAMPA (FOX 13) -

A Florida AMBER Alert issued for a child missing out of Miami has been canceled.

The Miami Herald reported that someone thought they saw a child in the trunk of the car. Investigators said Novellino rented the car, the Herald reported.

It turns out the girl crawled into the trunk through the backseat of the car to get a bottle of water, WSVN reported.

Her father stopped the car at an intersection, opened the trunk and got the water for her.

A passerby saw the girl in the trunk, and thought she might be in danger, WSVN reported.
