A substitute teacher and assistant coach at Haines City High School was arrested on drug-related charges Wednesday night, authorities said.
Chad Alexander, 24, was among three people arrested during a traffic stop in Lake Wales.
Investigators say someone saw Alexander and two other people passing and smoking a marijuana blunt in a gas station parking lot.
When the car drove off, detectives pulled it over.
Inside, they found several baggies containing meth, marijuana and alprazolam, the generic form of Xanax.
Alexander faces the following charges:
Alexander had rented the car, so he is also charged with maintaining a vehicle for drug trafficking.
The two other men arrested were 24-year-old Michael Gray and 22-year-old Paul Burr.
Burr also faces multiple charges trafficking, possession and possession with intent to sell.
Gray is charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
All three were being held without bond, pending a first appearance in court.
