Hackers Say they Can Now Tap Into The Loo

Posted: Updated:

Forget about computer hacking!  In Japan, some toilets have the potential to be hacked!

Satis toilets can be controlled by an Android app. Some hackers have been able to access the app via a Bluetooth connection.  If that connection pin is '0000' there is the possibility any one can control any Satis toilet.

Whoa!

What does that really mean? Someone can raise or lower the lid, play music, and set the bidet function to the on setting.

For the health conscious, you can use this smart toilet to track your bowel movements.

Mike and Sheinelle certainly had fun with this story.
