Asian fusion hits the road in Big D's Grub Truck. The popular food truck made a pit stop outside the Good Day studios on Tuesday.

Spicy Pork

1 lb pork shoulder, thinly sliced

1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce

5 pieces garlic, finely chopped

1 ½ tablespoons sugar

¼ cup pepper flake powder

1 heaping tablespoons red chili paste

¾ tablespoon rice wine vinegar

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Combine all ingredients well and then add meat. Mix well.

    What started as a way of lifting her friend's spirits with funny video chats turned into a career for YouTube sensation Hannah Hart. She took the concept behind the video conversations-- where she cooks while liquored up-- and posted them to YouTube. The rest is history. “I had a friend in a low place and I had just moved. We were talking on G-chat on a web cam. I started drinking and cooking and it inadvertently launched the rest of my career," said Hart.
