A line of storms moving across Tampa Bay produced a waterspout near the Howard Frankland Bridge Tuesday around 7 p.m.
FOX 13's Mark Wilson was in the area and captured several photos of the spout.
Power went out for about 20 minutes during the Rays game at Tropicana Field.
Duke Energy reported about 4,700 people were without power in the Pinellas County area as of 10:45 p.m.
There were scattered reports of damage from the storm. There were fallen power lines on some vehicles at the Sahara Motel in St. Petersburg, and a tree fell on a truck at the Brighton Bay Apartments.
