The Manatee High Assistant Football coach accused of groping and kissing female students and staff members, has resigned from the Manatee School District.
Rod Frazier submitted his resignation letter Friday morning, and the Superintendent accepted his resignation.
Frazier is charged with seven counts of misdemeanor battery.
Investigators say he used his role as a disciplinarian at the school to pull girls from class, and take them into his office, where he's accused of touching them, and even forcing one girl to sit on his lap.
Frazier's attorney denies the charges.
Frazier has not been arrested, but he's scheduled to appear in court in August.
