Zephyrhills Powerball winner’s million-dollar mansion

Posted: Updated:

The winning ticket of the $590 million powerball jackpot, the largest jackpot in lottery history, was sold right here in the Bay area.

But the winner of that jackpot, 84-year-old Gloria Mackenzie, is no longer living in Zephyrhills, where she purchased the ticket at a local Publix.

Mackenzie recently purchased a 6,300-square-foot home in a gated golf course community in southeast Jacksonville. The cost: nearly $1.2 million, according to records.

The house has a curved staircase, a theater, a wet bar, a fireplace and a library.
