A Naples man was arrested for pouring gasoline near a group of kids who were playing with fireworks.
The incident happened on the Fourth of July, and police said Richard Rice, 72, did it because the fireworks were bothering his dogs.
After warning them to stop, police say Rice walked over to where the kids were lighting the fireworks and poured gasoline on the ground.
Deputies also say Rice pushed a man out of his wheelchair when he was confronted.
Rice is now out on bond.
