2 fatally shot on the Fourth of July in Inkster

INKSTER, Mich. (WJBK) -

21-year-old Brian Walker was murdered on the Fourth of July behind the Fast Frank Party Store in Inkster. He was in a car when a man walked up and shot him in the head.

Bullets also struck a nearby home and shattered the passenger side window of a vehicle belonging to the woman that lives there.

Meanwhile, just two hours after Walker's murder, another man was found dead and a woman wounded at a complex near Hickory and Pine. Both had been shot.

At this point, Inkster police say the murders don't appear to be connected and there are no suspects.
