PHILADELPHIA -

Philadelphia Police made an arrest in the homicide of a man gunned down after responding to a Craigslist ad.

The victim has been identified as Daniel Cooke, 27, from Williamstown, NJ.

Thomas Coffee, 23, from Willow Grove was arrested and charged with the murder. It happened on the 1400 block of Walnut Lane in the city's West Oak Lane neighborhood.

Investigators say Cooke was responding to a Craigslist ad listing an ATV for sale. Two witnesses who stayed in the car say Cooke was told to walk down the street to check out the four-wheeler.

Seconds later: "Boom! Boom! Boom!," said one woman who heard the shots.

Geraldine Jones says she heard someone yell, "They shot Danny!" Then another person yelled, "Call the police."

Investigators say a gunshot to the face killed the Williamstown man shortly after 11 p.m. Friday.

Police are still trying to determine if anything was stolen from the victim.
