HUP Docs Treat Five Victims of Building Collapse

Posted: Updated:

The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania held a news conference at 3:00 pm to update the public on those that were treated at their facility following the Center City building collapse.

In all, they treated one man and four women.  One patient was evaluated and released.  The other patients are all in stable condition.

The injuries included lacerations, abrasions, contusions and bruising.  The victims told doctors that they head a "loud boom" and then the ceiling began to fall.

All of those treated are adults.
