A server at the Marietta Fish Market is under arrest for six counts of identity fraud, according to a Cobb County criminal warrant.
Police arrested David Lavone Bates of Marietta for taking credit card names, numbers and security codes belonging to four women and two men while he was working at the Marietta Fish Market.
There was no official word on whether Lavone used the credit card information to purchase anything.
He remains in jail on a $10,000 bond.
