Troopers are looking for a driver who hit and killed a woman in Palm Harbor on Thursday morning while she was riding her bicycle.
Authorities have identified the woman on the bike as 28-year-old Narissa Robinson.
They say she was riding on U.S. 19 just after midnight when she was hit near 298th Avenue North. She was also struck by a second car, but that driver stopped and will not be charged.
Police say they found the first car that hit her. It was a white 2005 4-door Hyundai, and authorities say it was found abandoned.
There is no word on whose car it was, but investigators are looking for the driver.
