Hogan follows the old "it takes money to make money" adage. He's already won $40,000 from the Powerball back in 2006; now he wants the big score.

Along with the Powerball, Mega Millions has rolled into Florida for the first time. It is now being played in 43 states. Drawings are on Tuesdays and Fridays. Mega Millions holds the title of the largest jackpot ever in the U.S. -- $656 million. The current pot is $190 million.
