The U.S. Postal Service is on a mission to "Stamp Out Hunger." The National Association of Letter Carriers will hold its 21st annual national food drive on Saturday.
If you'd like to donate, just leave non-perishable food items in a bag near your mailbox before your mail arrives.
Since 1993, the postal service has collected more than one billion pounds of food.
Last year, 200,000 pounds were collected in Atlanta.
The donations go to the Atlanta Food Bank, which says the need is greater than ever now.
The Atlanta Community Food Bank provides food for more than 60,000 people each week. It serves all of metro Atlanta.
