PALM HARBOR (FOX 13) -

One of the most dangerous jobs that you can have is being a firefighter. They risk their lives everyday for those in need. Dustin Seabolt is a firefighter who went above the call of duty. His recognition is "What's Right With Tampa Bay."

He has been with Palm Harbor Fire Department for 18 years.

"I love it. One of the only jobs that I can actually say that I like getting up and coming into work. I enjoy what I do. It's something different everyday."

Last year, Dustin saved the lives of two people: one from drowning, and another pulled from a house fire.

"I don't think I did anything out of the ordinary other what my job is required of me. I just did what anybody else would have done," he said.

For his heroics actions, Dustin was named Firefighter of the Year for the State of Florida.

"This is what I know, you know, and I enjoy it everyday. I probably be here another 15 or 20 years."

Dustin is the third firefighter from Palm Harbor Fire Department to win the prestigious award.
