PHILADELPHIA -

Last week, on a small, quiet street in East Falls, a man lured four different women towards his car. He asked for directions and then his comments turned lewd. In one case, he exposed himself.

On Monday afternoon, the Philadelphia District Attorney's office told FOX 29 that the "creeper" had been caught.

Police have identified the man as George Tobin, 40, from the 7100 block of Keystone Street.

Last week, authorities warned that a man had been approaching women, mostly young female students, in his truck on School House Lane, which runs through the campus of Philadelphia University.

Police said this was not his first time visiting campus. They said he also allegedly tried to lure another woman two weeks ago.

Police had stepped up patrols in and around campus in response to the incidents.

We'll have more on this developing story on the FOX 29 News at 5 & 6.
