Philadelphia police are reaching out to the public to see if anyone can help in the case of a man harassing and exposing himself to women near Philadelphia University.
The suspect, described as a white male, 40-50 years old, stocky
build, bald, brown/graying beard, glasses was driving between the 3100
and 3200 block of Schoolhouse Lane
The suspect drove a green Jeep Liberty in each of the 5 incidents. The first incident occurred on Thursday, 4-18-13 around 1:00pm.
The other 4 incidents occurred on Wednesday, 4-24-13, between 12:00 Noon and 1:00PM.
The suspect approached the females and asked them inappropriate
questions. In one incident, according to police, he exposed himself.
