Workout tips: circuit training

If you're strapped for time and don't like the treadmill, you can still get a great cardio and full-body workout with circuit training.

Fitness pros from Gold's Gym have some tips for you. The key is combining weight training with cardio exercises that you do in a circuit with no rest in between.

Circuit training can help with weight loss, getting long and lean, and overall fitness, says Jason Ehrenberg, a certified personal trainer.
